JUKI America welcomes our dealers to the H+H Americas , craft trade show.

We have designed and easy relaxing schedule for Sales, Product and Technical training on our products, allowing you to take full advantage of attending the trade show. This is an  opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and hands on exposure to JUKI products. 

We kick off our events on May 5 at 3:00 PM, with a 90 minute dealer meeting for all dealers.

Sales Training sessions are 90 minutes. These are designed with owners, staff managers, inventory managers and sales staff in mind. Learn about selling in today’s market and how internet and social media play important roles.

Product Training sessions are 90 minutes. A hands on product review of our 3 newest machines. Includes a cross comparison to our other models making this an great opportunity for all dealers to experience what JUKI has to offer in the way of top of the line machines. 

Our technical training sessions are mostly 3 hours, but we have included training for beginners, intermediate and more advanced technicians. Are you a new technician and want  some additional  exposure? Sign up for the beginners session.

Beginners Service Training : Come and learn the basics of how to test, identify and correct mechanical issues.

Basic cleaning & oiling. (all)
Upper and lower tension adjustment. (all)
Threader replacement and adjustment. (all)
Bobbin case & position finger inspection. (TL, F/DX & NX)
Trimmer testing & inspection. (TL, F/DX & NX)
Only Inspecting S/S sensor. (DX & NX)
Only Inspecting timing and clearances (TL, MO F/DX & NX)
Feed dog height and position. (TL, MO, F/DX AND NX)
Only inspecting foot lifter & height sensor. (F/DX & NX)
Darning adjustment service mode for (DX & NX)
Timing belt & motor belt tension (TL, F/DX AND NX)
Foot control repair. (TL, F/DX AND NX)

Intermediate Service Training: Come and learn more complex repairs on JUKI machines. 

Upper and lower tension repair. (all): F/DX & TL, checking for damage, misalignment and opening during trim cycle; NX also checking for auto tension motor test;
MO disassembly and assembly and changing dial numbers.
Trimmer repair other than cam replacement. (TL, F/DX & NX): TL, position and timing of trim cams and followers. F/DX position and timing of pickers and knives.
Replacing S/S sensor. (DX & NX) removing and replacing the cover and setting the plate sensor.
Repair, adjust timing and clearances (TL, MO F/DX & NX): TL, F/DX & NX; adjusting the needle distance from hook point and timing of needle rise to hook point rotation MO, distance of looper to needles and the looper to the other looper and their timing.
Feed timing. (TL, MO, F/DX AND NX) All feed dog position in the plate, the rise of the feed dogs compared to the needle entering needle plate. Height of the feed dogs to the plate. TL and HZL drop feed lever adjustment.
Repair and adjust foot lifter & height sensor. (F/DX & NX) F/DX checking position of microswitch for stop/start light adjusting the max height before shut off, adjusting the 0mm and 6mm in service mode NX, checking the foot lift potentiometer and the 0mm and 12mm inn service mode.
MO air threader repair (MO 1000 thru 3000) the adjustment for the position of lower and upper tubes, distance, alignment and connection points.
Electronic inspection and repair (ALL except MO3000) F/G; checking the zig zag motor, feed motor, and drive (including the filter board and PCB DX/NX the same but including the auto foot lift TL, checking the PCB, filter board especially fuses and encoders; also the drive motor and top lid microswitches MO; the drive motor, safety switches MO1000+ air pump and screens if present.

Seats are limited in each session and admission will only be granted to ticket holders.
Hands on sessions may require you to share a machine(s).

The attending technician for technical training sessions is responsible to bring their own tools.

When you reserve your seat by ordering a ticket for the dealer meeting or a training session, you will be eligible to receive a free guest pass valid for the 3 days of the show. Just a little gift from us to you. Details provided upon completed ticket order.
There is no charge from JUKI America to attend any of our meeting or training sessions here at H+H Americas.
